Sam Cargos shipments and returns

Your UK shipment

Packages in the UK are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package on line.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Re-packing goods

Many times couriers use oversized packaging for surface deliveries for added protected while being handled. We often have to repackage the products into less bulky consignments to reduce the cost of shipping, passing on the saving to you. In the case of fragile items, due care is taken to ensure that they are repackaged to ensure that the item gets to its destination intact. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Shipping your goods to Kenyawith CW Cargo Sourcing

We do a weekly air freight service from the UK to Kenya, sending every Thursday, the cut off day for accepting deliveries is Wednesday at 1400 GMT. Goods take 7 to 10 working days to arrive in our Nairobi office. Upon its arrival it will be inspected for cosmetic damage and you will be contacted to collect or for local delivery options.

All returns are shipped back to The UK at your expense. Most of our suppliers offer returns or exchanges and we will offer you the suppliers returns guarantee for items that are in The UK. Shipping exchanges will be treated as a new shipment and will be charged at the usual shipping rate unless the item has been damaged by Sam Cargos or in transit that we accept responsibility for.

For items that we sell in our shop

Items that we offer in our shops that are to be exchanged or returned are the buyers responsibility to send back to Sam Cargos and we will refund or exchange the item and ship the item back at a reduced rate or free depending on the circumstances of the return.
